I had a dream. Or perhaps it was a vision? Or was it merely a bit of discursive, intuitive wisdom under the influence of a meandering imagination? Friends, I do not know!
But I had a dream that to help some people out on planet earth God invented a secret chamber where one could go to get comfort and healing in times of trouble and distress.
At first it seemed that people were frightened to go into the secret chamber, perhaps out of fear of the unknown or even due to a touch of claustrophobia, but those people who did go in came out looking, well, full of joy – as if they had just been liberated from some great burden. This observation peaked my curiosity and provided me with enough courage to see what the secret chamber was all about.
I discovered in the secret chamber that there was some sort of holy man in there who had the power – how I do not know – to make everything all right for you! This holy man could actually take events from your past life where you had really messed up and transform them into something good for you! It was like…AMAZING! When I walked out of the secret chamber I couldn’t believe how good I felt…like some gigantic weight had been taken off my back. It was almost like I had been given a new life.
Then the dream ended, and I awoke from my utopian slumbers. I then immediately thought to myself: – wouldn’t it be amazing if there really was a secret chamber where your life could be reconciled to God and all your sins forgiven? I researched the matter to see if my dream might be a reality, and I found the answer in the writings of a holy man who said, “Every confessional is a special and blessed place from which…there is born new and uncontaminated a reconciled individual – a reconciled world.” This holy man came from Poland, and his birth name was Karol Wojtyla.
Now, my good friend, I will tell you where the secret chamber (called a confessional) is under one condition. I don’t like long lines, and right now very few people actually use the secret chamber. If people really knew about the wonder and power of the secret chamber the lines to get in would be never-ending. So you must promise not to tell anyone else about the secret chamber. I can’t stand long lines. But do prepare yourself for an awesome experience!
